Encourage visitors to experience the beauty of this remote area in the North Pennines. Provide camping facilities, a function room and bed & breakfast. Provide facilities suitable for short-term breaks for disadvantaged children; physically, mentally and socially disadvantaged. Provide and promote arts and leisure based activities that at a present in short supply in this area. Site powered and heated from renewable sources and land farmed and maintained both GM free and Organically. Repair and maintain historic landscape features, dry stone walls and stone buildings. Create and maintain deciduous woodland as suitable for local climate and soil type. Provide rural skills training e.g. dry stone walling, stonemasonry and woodland skills.
